Signup Bonus
You will receive 50 reward coins worth of Rs 50 upon successful signup and creation of your Kaari account. Visit this link to create a new account.
Earning Points
You will earn 2 reward coins for every ₹100 spent on eligible purchases made through our website using your registered account. Reward coins are calculated on the total order value, inclusive of taxes and shipping charges. For example, if you place an order of Rs 1,000, you will earn 20 reward coins which is equal to Rs 20 which can be redeem on your next purchase.
Eligibility
Reward coins are credited only for orders placed through the Kaari website while logged into your account. Orders placed as a guest checkout, or directly through WhatsApp, phone calls, or any other offline method, are not eligible for reward coins.
Coins Expiry
All reward coins will expire 60 days from the date of credit. Expired coins cannot be reinstated or extended.
Redemption of Coins
- You can redeem your reward coins at checkout without any minimum or maximum limit, up to the total order value.
- Coins cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
Order Cancellations & Returns
- If an order is cancelled, returned, or refunded, the corresponding reward coins (earned or used) will be reversed from your account.
- In case the coins have already been redeemed, the adjusted amount may be deducted from the refund issued for the order.
Program Changes
Kaari reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Coins & Rewards Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
General Conditions
- Reward coins have no monetary value outside the Kaari platform.
- Kaari’s decision regarding the calculation, credit, or redemption of reward coins shall be final and binding.
- Misuse or fraudulent activity related to reward coins may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of coins.
