Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Timeline

  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or peak seasons.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.
  • A nominal shipping fee may apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if applicable.

Delivery Partners

  • We work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.
  • In remote areas, delivery timelines may be longer based on courier coverage.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you can track your order using the tracking link provided in the confirmation email or on our website.

Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery is attempted but not completed due to incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner will attempt again.
  • In case of repeated failed attempts, the product will be returned to us. Re-shipping may incur additional charges.

Other COD Policy

  • We maintain a strict policy regarding Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. If a customer has a history of returning Kaari COD orders due to customer unavailability, refusal or incorrect details, we reserve the right to disable the COD payment option for that customer in the future as Kaari has to bear to and fro shipping cost. In such cases, all subsequent orders must be placed using prepaid payment methods available on our website. This policy helps us ensure smooth order processing and fair service for all customers.
  • To ensure smooth order processing and reduce delivery issues, we follow a One COD Order at a Time policy. If a customer places multiple Cash on Delivery (COD) orders on our website, we will dispatch only one COD order at a time. The next COD order will be dispatched only after the previously dispatched COD order has been successfully delivered to the customer. The purpose of offering COD is to help new customers experience our product quality and service without any risk or hesitation.
