Welcome to the Kaari Points & Rewards Program (“Program”). By participating in this Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Signup Bonus
You will receive 20 reward points worth of Rs 20 upon successful signup and creation of your Kaari account. Visit this link to create a new account.
Earning Points
You will earn 5 reward points for every ₹100 spent on eligible purchases made through our website using your registered account. Reward points are calculated on the total order value, inclusive of taxes and shipping charges. For example, if you place an order of Rs 1,000, you will earn 50 reward point which is equal to Rs 50 which can be redeem on your next purchase.
Eligibility
Reward points are credited only for orders placed through the Kaari website while logged into your account. Orders placed as a guest checkout, or directly through WhatsApp, phone calls, or any other offline method, are not eligible for reward points.
Point Expiry
All reward points will expire 60 days from the date of credit. Expired points cannot be reinstated or extended.
Redemption of Points
- You can redeem your reward points at checkout without any minimum or maximum limit, up to the total order value.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
Order Cancellations & Returns
- If an order is cancelled, returned, or refunded, the corresponding reward points (earned or used) will be reversed from your account.
- In case the points have already been redeemed, the adjusted amount may be deducted from the refund issued for the order.
Program Changes
Kaari reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Points & Rewards Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
General Conditions
- Reward points have no monetary value outside the Kaari platform.
- Kaari’s decision regarding the calculation, credit, or redemption of reward points shall be final and binding.
- Misuse or fraudulent activity related to reward points may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of points.
